David Engert
CEO -
David Engert is the CEO of NightHawk Radiology Services, a position he's held since November 2008, and served as a director at NightHawk since early 2008. Before joining NightHawk, Mr. Engert was founder and owner of ES3, a consulting and investment firm. He's also served as the President, CEO, and Director of Quality Care Solutions, Inc. Prior to Quality Care Solutions, Mr. Engert was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Managed Care Group and then Revenue Cycle Management at McKesson Corporation, a healthcare services and information technology company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University.

David Sankaran
Executive Vice President and CFO -
David Sankaran is executive vice president and chief financial officer, overseeing our finance, human resources, facilities, software development and information technology departments. Mr. Sankaran has over 20 years experience as a financial executive in life sciences and technology companies. Before joining NightHawk in May 2008, Mr. Sankaran served as senior vice president and CFO of Accelrys, Inc., a provider of scientific solutions software. Prior to that, Mr. Sankaran was vice president and corporate controller for Ocular Sciences, Inc., a contact lens manufacturer. He's also served as vice president of finance, global operations, for PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise software company. Mr. Sankaran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary's College.

Dr. Timothy Myers
Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President -
Dr. Myers joined NightHawk as senior vice president and chief medical officer in April 2009. Dr. Myers has practiced radiology for 19 years. Before joining NightHawk, Dr. Myers was in private practice for 15 years with St. Paul Radiology, in St. Paul Minnesota. In addition to his private practice of radiology, he also served as medical director of Emergency Radiology Services and Cornerstone Radiology, the teleradiology branches of St. Paul Radiology. Prior to St. Paul Radiology, Dr. Myers held a series of medical and leadership positions at several hospitals, including Chief of Diagnosis as a major in the United States Air Force at Keesler Medical Center. Dr. Myers graduated from Seattle University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and then obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. Dr. Myers is a board certified radiologist with a combined Fellowship in Body Interventional Procedures and Imaging. During his training, Dr. Myers received a number of awards and honors including scholarships for medical research, the Hedgepeth award for outstanding radiology resident at Truman Medical Center, and the award for outstanding resident for the department of radiology. In addition, during his fourth year of training he was the chief resident in radiology at Truman Medical Center at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Myers is the author and/or co-author of two book chapters, six published articles in journals and more than fifty presentations at medical meetings.

Brian Hall
Senior Vice President -
Brian Hall serves as senior vice president of operations and is responsible for management, strategic planning and key operations of the company, which include all scheduling activities, quality assurance, implementations and physician planning. Mr. Hall has held management positions with both start-up firms and Fortune 500 companies and brings a wide range of experience to his position as Senior Vice President which include Practice Management, Locum Tenens and remote digital reading services. Prior to NightHawk, Mr. Hall served as the COO and CTO of The Radlinx Group, where he was responsible for both technology and operations. Mr. Hall has his Bachelors of Science from Oklahoma Baptist College.

Chris Anthony
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing -
Chris Anthony has been with NightHawk since 2007 and serves as the senior vice president of sales and marketing. With 27 years of sales and marketing experience, Mr. Anthony has a strong track record of developing winning business strategies. Prior to NightHawk, he worked with VKernal, a provider of virtual appliances, where he successfully expanded the company's sales team and worldwide network. Additionally, he has worked with Computer Associates, Ecora Software, SalesConcepts and Candle Corporation. Mr. Anthony has his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State College/ University of Massachusetts.

Paul Cartee
Senior Vice President and General Counsel -
Paul Cartee is senior vice president and general counsel of NightHawk. Prior to joining NightHawk in 2005, Mr. Cartee practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC, in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Cartee has also served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy at the Naval Nuclear Power School as an instructor of physics and mechanical engineering. Mr. Cartee holds a Bachelor of Science from Murray State University and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
